Air Europa climbs to the second most punctual airline in Europe

Air Europa closed the month of February as the second most punctual airline in Europe, according to the monthly report published by Cirium the main provider of statistical data in the commercial aviation sector.

The company’s punctuality index was 94.73%, which places it as one of the references in this aspect within continental aviation. This data is the result not only of the progressive recovery of the operation, but above all of the work and effort made over the last year by the entire workforce to guarantee the best service to the passenger and recover normality.

Punctuality has always been one of the priority aspects for the airline. In fact, it has a “punctuality area”, from where it works in absolute coordination with the rest of Air Europa’s departments to streamline procedures and guarantee the highest quality ratios.

Air Europa’s commitment to punctuality is part of the airline’s strategy and culture. In fact, in 2019 the company also ranked in the Top 10 of the most punctual airlines in Europe, according to the annual On-Time Performance (OTP) report published by Cirium.
