The AirEuropa Blog
As of next Sunday, 25 March, we will expand our network of Italian destinations with the opening of our new route to Venice.
We will fly to the city of canals with two daily flights on board the Embraer 195 fleet and we will offer 175,000 seats a year.
The first flight will take off from Madrid at 07.30 and the second at 15.10 landing in Venice at 09.50 and at 17.30, respectively. The return flights to Madrid will depart from Venice Marco Polo Airport at 10.40 and 18.30.
We will operate more than 1,400 annual flights to Venice and with this operation we hope to strengthen our continued commitment to the Italian market where we already operate in Rome and Milan. This commitment will also be supported by growth in Milan, where we will operate a new daily flight starting from that same 25 March, offering a total of three (return) flights a day. With this third flight, Air Europa will add 560 more flights this year to the city compared to last year.
It is worth nothing that earlier this year Air Europa also grew by adding a third daily flight to Rome, which shows our efforts to offer greater and better choices of flights to passengers and to position the market in its European network.
