Air Europa to start operating from Terminals T1 & T2 at Madrid Barajas Airport

Madrid Airport Terminal 1 and 2

As of Thursday 1st July, Air Europa will once again fly from Terminals T1 and T2 at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport. This comes after Aena, Spain’s leading airport operator, reopened both terminals in compliance with all Covid health and safety regulations.

All our long-haul flights jointly with flights to London and Tel Aviv will operate from Terminal 1, while domestic flights and European flights will fly from Terminal 2.

How to transfer between terminals?

1. If your outbound flight leaves from T4 and your return flight lands at T1 or T2, this is what you should do if you need to get back to T4, using the free 24-hour bus service:

A. From Terminal T1, go to Floor 1, Departures.

B. From Terminal 2, go to Floor 2, Departures.

2. If your outbound flight leaves from T1 or T2 and your return flight arrives at T4, and you need to return to T1 or T2, you must go to floor 2 of T4, heading to Departures, where you can take the free 24-hour bus.

3. Find all the detailed information, through this AENA link.
